Right, I'm serios now.
Hope you don't mind but I'm going on Google to see if there is any other Article's out there. I can't do any of the Tech's on here, I think they look a bit advanced so hopefully I can find something quite basic on Google. Oh and I'v eaten Two Banana's in the past hour or Two, how much will that help?

Jdeadevil, ther are some things that need explanation I guess
Lucid dreaming is not something you just decide to do overnight and simply become lucid in the very moment you want to. It involves training, and that's what the techniques here promote.
If you search for lucid devices, for sure you'll find many "bargains" on the internet, but I recommend against those. Firstly because they can be costy, and also because all you need is free and is here on DV.
And about the bananas: where did you get that from? Never before have I heard anything related to bananas really

Lucid dreaming takes dedication. Let's put it this way: what you put in it determines what you get out of it.
Also, I think he's referring to the fact that bananas are a good source of B6.

You can compare it to learning a wallflip (running up a wall 1 or 2 steps, then backflipping off it):
Most poeple will need months until they actually try the rotation. Then they need weeks to perfectly land on their feet.
Some people never dare the jump.
A few people try it, do it, succeed, done.
I've been into lucid dreaming for a few months now. I had about 7 or 8 LDs, the first two ended after a few seconds.
I haven't put that much effort in it, and haven't changed my sleeping pattern. (Why do it the easy way when you can do it the hard way too lol)
Sometimes I try WILDing a few nights, then stop again. But I come closer every few tries :)
All my LDs yet were DILDs, and I can remember them quite well. And just a side note: I figured, from the moment I become lucid, I remember the dream better and more detailed than the parts before I became lucid.
PS: Doesn't too much B6 damage your nerves? Don't ask me how much `too much' is please. <- and that's not reliable, I just remember hearing something about that once.
