"Silent Lucidity" is a great song about lucid dreaming from Queensryche.
Who can forget the great movie: "Waking Life"?
As for music, anything from Aphex Twin's ambient period.
Several episodes of "The Sopranos" had excellent dream/lucid dream sequences. One in particular, the fifth season episode "The Test Dream", was about 75% dream.
"Mulholland Drive", while not really about lucid dreaming, is still an excellent and penetrating exploration of dreams and perspective.
Catching The Butterfly by The Verve is also a great song about lucid dreams.
