Hey people ,
im going to try my 1st LD tonight and im a bit confused look =
Here's how to do it!
1) Sleep for 5-6 hours.
2) Wake up and GET OUT OF BED.
3) Read lucid dreaming articles online or watch a dream related movie for 30-60 minutes.
4) Go back to bed using one of the following techniques.
Example Techniques Include:
MILD Technique
WILD Technique
HILD Technique
= What technique would you suggesting after i have waken for about 60 mins ??

Probably MILD. WILD is best for when you are like...have just awaken. Not sure what HILD is.
im gonna try the Finger one that looks the most prmoising and im 91 % sure that i can do it !! ;):p:D
I might suggest a VILD technique. It's not too hard and easy to do while thinking about LDing. Plan the dream out first, though.
if you are planing on doing FILD (the finger one) when you wake up, DO NOT get out of bed. just start twitching your fingers.
if you are still planning on staying up for 60 min. then i would suggest MILD or VILD.
Oh and take some B6 before bed. That stuff works wonders.

differs from person to person, but 60 mins might be a bit long. If i'm awake that long i usually just end up not being able to get back to sleep and lose out on plenty of dreaming time before i can finally slip off.
