Brain Wave Mind Voyage - L.d Induction

I came across this a couple of weeks back & downloaded the torrent.
Unfortunately the file system it's loaded on isn't compatible with my CD burning software so I cant put it on disc & listen before bed.

The voice does make me laugh but I agree with what he's saying as he talks you through & am interested in the notion of inducing trance states with specified sound waves.

I'm tempted to look for another version again but wondered if any of you have had any results with this or anything else that follows the same principal.

Gotta love the 'Lucid Induction Mantra' part..."The next time I'm dreaming, I'll realise that I am dreaming...am I dreaming?..Is this a dream?...Then the next time I'm dreamin..." Repeated about 30 times in a loop! LOL :D

The next time I am dreaming, I will realize I am dreaming, Am I dreaming, is this a dream?
