first of all, you might want to proof read your posts... just to help us understand what your asking/saying.
i don't recall a suicide stage to WILDing... i would expect that we would have fewer dreamers if this was the case.
the best i can answer your question is just don't think about it. concentrate on the images and sounds...
Swallowing makes me lose concentration when i try to WILD as well, I'd also like to hear if anyone has any tips for dealing with it.

It takes alot of practice to master, and you need to be focused...
YOu might want to try taking up meditation, even if its half an hour a day...it might help you focus, and relieve stress and cause you to relax more, etc.
Even if you swallow, just go with it. I heard somewhere that once you get far enough in, you can shift around a bit or whatever without the whole process resetting.

With swallowing just give it time, the more you dont want to do it the more you'll think of it, relax and flow with it
also adjust your head height and tilt on your pillows, that does alot for saliva rollback and how open your airways are. I usually sleep with water next to me and sip it before i attempt a trance or watever ;)

This happens to me sometimes and makes me loose concentration. The important thing is to try and focus completely on the imgagery, paying no attention to your body. That way you will become paralyzed and breathing, swallowing, etc will all become autonomous functions...
