WILD question. ( Sorry ).

I have a short and brief question about wild.

One night I was able to get about 3/4 of wild down but for some reason all the sensations just completely vanished. The next night I couldn't do it, period. But when I went to sleep on both nights I was able to remember my dreams that night and they we're more vivid. I have been waking up at 5:00 2 nights in a row. I don't know if it's the time I've been waking up at or if WILD helps you remember your dreams. So my questions is does WILD help you remember your dreams? Thank you.

Maybe to a degree since your mind is more aware if you wake up in the morning and attempt a WILD, but entering a WILD with such a clear sense of awareness i'd say it definately increases your chances of recalling lucid dreams, it maybe helps remember normal dreams. Just don't put pressure on yourself because it will decrease your chances of recalling a dream. Best of luck to you Chaos!
