      What was This?

      Okay, I need some help.

BACKSTORY (Do not need to read):

I have been trying to achieve an LD for the past 3 days. This night I decided to try a WILD. So I got up at 3.30 (I went to sleep at 10) but I was so tired I went straight back to sleep. At this time I remember feeling that I had a dream but not what it was. After that I went to sleep till 6 in the morning which is when I woke up and took a piss and got a drink. Then I went back to sleep.

      DREAM

Okay so I was some sort of resistance fighter I think and I saw something weird like a granny with a gun and thought I MUST be dreaming! So then I teleported to my house and tried to calm myself down. I tried some more reality checks like looking at the time and stuff. Then I closing my eyes and asking for something. But then all of a sudden I was in my bed and was waking up. I got up and told my brother that I had an LD but he was with some random guy that I didn't know but of course I thought I had woke up so I didn't question it. Then I woke up.

So was this an actual LD? Was it just a dream? I thought maybe I had an LD but then also had a false awakening.

One more thing, what method do you think this would be? None?

NOTE: I was thinking a lot about LD's as I feel asleep because I was disappointed that I had failed to stay awake and try WILD.

      Hi,
I guess it could be MILD (because of the things you thought about before falling asleep) or just a DILD, because you induced it with RCs in a dream.

That is a false awakenging, and they can be very annoying. If you ever wake up from a lucid do a reality check straight away.

Before the false awakening you had a DILD.

I'm lucky, I rarely have False Awakenings. I can only remember one, where I was buying stuff from a vending machine when some grabbed my money and ran away down the hall into a car and shouted "Go go go!". I said "Oh god it's a dream! And I heard tingley music. Then I had my FA.
