Crazy Dream
I had a funny dream tonight. It was like a dystopic future (most things were futuristic, except my home city) in the past (1914). But this time, the evil guys were the United States and Great Britain (Nothing against American or British people by the way lol). So, I was born into this alternative world with a genetic mutation, that enabled me to grow up faster (I was 8 and it was like 18 ) and have alchemy powers. Like in Full Metal Alchemist, I was able to transmute stuff, but in a more powerful way. I could, for example, make a whole block explode with a hand full of roses, and the more I concentrated (I had to close my eyes) the more powerful it would be. I just had to concentrate on how powerful I wanted it. Later on I also found out I could fly. And although I knew I was dreaming I let it go on without controlling it (yes. I can control most of my dreams). In this dream the goal of the bad guys was to use my genetic mutation (which only a girl besides me had, and she was pretty) to create super-soldiers to help them in their war efforts and control the world, and they could only do that if they found a group of cells. So while my mother kept that safe at our hometown, me, that girl :) and a friend of mine went on a quest to end the war and restore peace ("Let's fucking save the world!" lol)... From there on I remember blowing up a electrical power and communications facility and fighting against many "boss"-like soldiers. At a certain point the girl forfeit and went back to our home-town and later on I also went back because I had fallen in love with her (this were about 1hour or so sleep but in the dream it felt like days... weeks maybe). So when I arrived there the city was destroyed and my mother had disappeared along the cells. [AT THIS TIME I WOKE UP, TOOK A PISS LOL AND WENT BACK TO DREAMING] Sometime had passed and I was searching for some "final destination" in which I could find my mother and destroy the cells so that peace could be restored. I order to find that place I had to fight with an old karate-guru that would only tell me if I fought him and won. Here comes my problem\question:
When I have melee\hand-to-hand combats in my dreams I have very little mobility (which seems to be worsened by sleeping on my side) and sometimes it's vital (when fighting with blades I fear that I'm hit, even when I know I'm dreaming, because i really feel pain :S). The good thing is that today i found that by shouting "HARDEN!" I can make my body go rock solid for moments and blades\sticks that hit me simply break and I don't feel anything - just laugh at my opponents :D.
Also, sometimes I loose control of my body and can't seem to turn or stop walking (happens often when flying). Any tips on how to increase mobility and keep the control over my body?
After fighting this man I simply woke up and I couldn't go back to sleep (I was just to energized :D!).
I think I just have been playing to much cyber-punk-let's-save-the-world games. XD

Commands will usually do the trick like shouting "More Mobility" "More Control" etc. They work wonders you would be qutie surprised. You might also want to take a look at BillyBob's Dream Control tutorial.

After reading that tutorial about dream control I have some doubts:
I've felt that my dreams have become less vivid, but I didn't know it it was because of forceful control... Will they get more vivid if I don't use Forceful Control for a while?
You told me to speak out loud "more mobility" and I said above that I can now use "harden" to make myself rock solid for moments. Isn't this part of forceful control? Can't this make my dreams less vivid?

Yes and No. Forceful commands can in fact make your dream less vivid if you go overboard like trying to change Dream Scenes over and over and over. You can use control commands if you like not using them for a while won't do much as it is different with every dream. Keep doing what you are doing but lay back on how much you use forceful commands during a dream and your vividness should be pretty good.
Remember to use the rubbing of the hands, spinning in circles, and focusing on something these are easy ways to increase Vividness of the dream without being forceful.
