      You had a wedding? Congratulations! And I agree stress in itself is bad so it affecting your dreams is very likely.

      Yeah I agree, when on holiday last week, in the week I had about 6 LDs and now I have been back for a week, I have had none

      Stress can also help you have LDs. I notice that during some high stress points in my life, my LD rate increases. It's my theory that it's neither stress or non-stress, but the change between the states that usually kicks them off.

      I find that when I'm stressed my LD frequency doesn't seem to be damaged, but my dream recall curls up into a little ball and just rocks back and forth.
