I heard on the grapevine that when people are going through puberty it's less common to have lucid dreams. However, I dont know how old you are.
I would say: give it time. In all likeliness, you will return to your normal lucid self sometime.

Seems to happen to everyone. You have lucid dreams, then you find someplace like dreamviews and get obsessed with lucid dreaming which causes stress and keeps you from lucid dreaming =P
Don't worry, they will return and when they do, they will be better than ever.

I don't know if this is it or not but I noticed some times it seems worse than it is. Like some times I had a lucid dream a week ago but it seems like I havn't for 2 weeks and kind of get mad because it seems like they stopped but they really havn't.

Perhaps the fact that you now know that LDing takes a lot of effort for most of us, unconsciously affected you. I hope you can get past it and be a natural once again, it is a great skill that you posses...
