I know what you mean. Sometimes I feel too lazy to write my dream entries down, but I do anyway. I guess it is your choice but to benefit from it you should stop smoking and keep a journal. Not telling you what to do bro, just giving you advice. |

Im kind of struggling having a LD. Which is only my own fault. I hardly keep a journal, and I smoke pot so it's probably not helping. Ive been doing reality checks a lot though. I guess at this point Im just kind of hoping it'll just happen eventually, since I do keep an active interest in it. Even if I dont have one, Ill probably still be on this board just to read about the experiences. Hopefully I can get motivated. |

DREAM ON
If you want a lucid dream the answer is simple, stop smoking that pot, start a dream journal and take action, you know the problem so get on with it and deal with these problems, if your serious enouh about lucid dreaming you will try your best, i know there are days when we can't be bothered doing anything but you have to realise that lucid dreaming requires effort, well done on your reality checks, if you can do them then you can keep a dream journal, just give it a go and stop smoking the pot for a while because that will not help. Best of luck to you. |

Pot from my experience destroys dream recall completely so if you really want a LD first I would lay off on the Mary Jane for a while. If you don't want to keep a Dream Journal that is fine, but it will help you. The main problem is the Mary Jane it may be fun, but it destroys dream recall. |

I can still remember dreams. But Ill probably lay off it for a while. Thanks to everybody |
