has anyone gotten sleep paralysis where you can look down at yourself, but it feels like you are moving? oh man its weird. i guess my body is frozen, and my eyes are open, so i can see myself, but i feel like i can move my arms and stuff. this morning when that happened i put my hands over my eyes (or so it felt) but i could still see and everything. very strange.

Sounds like you are experiencing real-time vision. You are having an "OBE" in that you are in your energu body, but have not left the body. You felt like you were moving becuase your energy boddy was moving while your physical body was in place. What you saw was not your physical room but a higher enrgy copy of the room. Your physical eyes were closed but your enegy eyes were open. Cool, eh?
interesting... so, if somebody else walked into the room, would they see me lying still? or would they see me moving around?
also, it wasnt a frozen picture i was able to see, because i was laying on my bed facing my fish tank and i could see my fish swimming around, even when i was supposedly covering my eyes with my hands
If somebody had walked into the room, they would have seen you sleeping. You however, would have seen them walking and staring at you. When you have real time vision, you can also see astral entities. For instance, if someone were having an OBE and entered your house you would be able to see them. I have experienced realtime vision a couple of times. I can see my clock clearly in real-time and can read the time and when I "wake up" the time is correct. What is more intriguing is that I can't see shit without my glasses, but with real-time vision I can read the clock from my bed instead of seeing a blur. I have read that you can also have telepathic vision while in the state you found yourself in.

But beware Tim. There are some pretty unfrindly things ot there. Wheter it's your mind playing tricks on you or you belive what im saying listen. You really can see other entites, and they can c u, but not all of them are friendly. Let me tell you a lil story my fater told me, that a friend of his's son had.
His son was into all this OBE stuff and he wa getting quite perfiecent at it too, till 1 day he layed down on his couch and was starting to experince an OBE. When as he just sperated from his body as was starting to move he saw somthing dark in the corner of his eye. He turned to it and saw it was a shawdowy figure like thing. Now All of a sudden the figure started racing threw the air twords him or his body. As you can Imagien this didn't sit to well with the boy, and out of fright he awoke from his OBE. That boy was so scared he never tryed another OBE again.

that is very interesting, but i dont think its an OBE, i am still in my body while its happening, it just feels like i have a different body...maybe it is a softcore OBE

You were right in the first place, it was sleep paralisis, your body was still asleep, I too enjoy sleep paralisis when it goes beyond sleep. and In one occasion I too felt I could move(like you), I have tried to experiment whith it many times and once I tried to hold onto it for a while and was successfull, and when I did get up I was 100 % achless, (you know when you get up from sleep your body takes a muitite or two to start moving suavelike. well I had non of that) it was the first and only time its happened like that.)
