Maybe you have more stress now than last week and when you wake up your not as relaxed and are thinking of other things first. Don't worry, some nights you'll remember alot and some nights you won't remember any. Also maybe you are not waking up right after a REM cycle now or coming right out of a dream which could be if you are going to bed or waking up at a different time this week. I usually remember 2 dreams per night that i write down and then alot of times something else throughout the day will trigger me to remember another dream or 2. I started keeping a journal less than a month ago and I think the most i wrote down for 1 night is like 5 dreams. I wouldn't say that I have exceptional dream recall but I've just always been interested in dreaming so have paid more attention to them. |
