      Dream food.

Hmm, I should have posted this as soul food...but it wouldn't be accurate, just cute X.X.

Anyway, so I know hunger is based off of chemicals in the body produced by the brain when certain foods make it into the body, which make you hungry, or not hungry. I've had dreams where I was at a wedding, or some other formal event, where there would be the food out, and I would grab some and it would actually taste like real food.

So I was wondering if eating food in your dreams would make you less hungry in real life? Anyone who wakes up real real hungry in the morning wanna test this hypothesis out? I'm really just interested as its the first thing i've thought of that could actually be put to use to the body, and not just the mind, from a dream.

If you are hungry in the dream then more often than not you will be hungry in real life this has never proven wrong for me before E V E R.

For instance when I go to the store and get a whole bunch of food and put it in my closet so I can save it for later while eating a lot of it. And then wake up to find it was just dream and me being very hungry.

Same for when I am thirsty I noticed in dreams I will go to waterfountains or something or try to find a drink because I am very thirsty and wake up to find myself being thirsty.

Or if mother nature is a calling my dreams when I awake I will need to drain ^_^.
