      Dreaming in Black and white?

Evry s often I have a drema in black and white,,OR at least I'm pretty sure...Of course with my bad memory of dreams I might ot be right..but I once saw a door in a dream and can remember evrything about the door, the exact position of the handle the designs on it, everything except the color. I thought about that dream and I realized I couldn't remember the color of anything else. So do people have black and white dreams? If so why?

I have had monochromatic dreams before but in a green hue. Never black & white.
I love B&W photography. I would like to have a dream as well

Unless I really think about in while inside the dream I normally forget what color everything is. Infact I normally forget what kind of clothes and stuff people are wearing too. If I sit and talk to someone in a dream I wouldn't be able to tell you if they are wearing shorts or pants, a coat or t-shirt, what color any of it was, about a 50% chance of noticing their hair color.

Its always in color though and its only every day stuff that I pass over. If they are wearing a uniform or had pink hair I would catch it easy enough.

If you really dreamed in black and white I think you would remeber. Its not something you will be like "hey I dont remeber any of the color" more of "wow thats weird everything was grey"

      Welcome!

Never black and white, but one time, the dream was done in computer animation. Me, my wife, my kitchen, all like it was done by computer!
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

I always dream in color and remember colors pretty good.

Only once I had black and white dream. Very dark, very symbolic. Dark

tunnels, people crawling , some evil. In the end I was crucified...

      Bloody hell. Sounds very surreal.
The best times of your life should not be when you're still so young, or else you'll live a life always dreaming of the past.
