question
Hey, um, I had my mind on a lucid dream last night, but when I fell asleep, I was woken up by my palm pilot accidentally (I must have been trying a WBTB lol) and I went back to bed, and I woke up like... right now, and I didn't have any dreams that I could recall :(
Basically I just wanted to say is there anyway I can avoid this???

Are you asking how to improve your dream recall?
You should write a dream journal, even if you can write just 5 words about the dream, write them down, and gradually your recall may improve.
Also reduce stress in your life: meditate, do sports, often talk to people about your problems.
Make sure you sleep enough, and finally avoid marijuana and alcohol.
I hope this helps.

One thing I recommend is to stop interrupting your sleep cycles with an alarm. They have the potential of cutting into your REM period and screwing up your dream.
Also, when you wake up, don't move or do anything. Just lie there still for a little bit and try to think back to where you just came from and what you were doing. If you really don't remember anything, think about how you're feeling at that moment. Are you scared? Angry? Happy? - that might give you a hint as to what kind of dream you were having and possibly lead to a little bit of recall.
