Dream Interference
Dreams mean something and send us messages about what's repressed and needs improvement in real life. They are subject to interpretation by ourselves and/or professionals to discover what they really mean. Does LDing disturb the messages that we're supposed to acknowledge and concentrate on since we're creating our own reality instead of letting dreams create themselves?

I think if there are any messages in dreams, becoming lucid only helps, since you are better connecting your unconscious and conscious minds, and since lucidity greatly improves dream recall.
Also, even lucid dreams are not entirely the product of the conscious mind - even my most lucid dreams have random events and happenings, and it seems that many of the details about things I do control are generated by my unconscious mind.
-
Personally, I don't think dreams send us important messages. If they do though, LDing could only help you remember.
-
I have I ever actually WANT these messages then I'll just go and ask my subconscious incarnate during a lucid dream.

It does disturb the messages but when ur lding ur subconscious can still get its point across by disturbing ur ld which can be pretty annoying.
