Method of inducing

Everyone at one time get's asked a question they know the answer to but it slips their mind. They try and use all the energy they have to come up with the correct response but to no avail. Then an hour after that when they are thinking about something else entirely the right answer finally presents itself. With an LD I wonder if you think about having one for a half hour to an hour before you go to bed with all your energy as hard as you can the LD will be induced as you fall asleep and you mind travels from the subject of lucid dreaming.
