I wouldn't go anywhere either if I were about to become the first lucid God!
I just popped in at the nexus for a visit.
Looks like it is really new, around 6 members so far.
Good luck with your site Jessica!
...........HIJACKED!
Encountering nexus are a strange thing, whether it be of energy or... spirits... oh wait.. same thing =)
anyone find any in dream or in this place?
Dream Nexus has just started and it needs a jump start with some interesting posts. Share the love and go contribute!! I'm not asking anyone to become a traitor to the dream views site - it's a good site...so don't get your panties in a bunch! Be a rebel and become a forum polygamist.

btw, I like your avatar, classy!
I visited your site jessica, I'll try to think of something interesting and go back and post...I read your column on rem and found it funny that you said we dont produce seritonin in our sleep or in rem sleep, I forget which you said, because my doctor told me that my depression makes me tired alot because sleep is when I build up seritonin....I'll have to look that one up.
I cannot get into dream nexus this morning, appears to be down...
El shandow....hmmm...wonder who that was...
Someone else was having difficulty getting into dream nexus and it turned out to be that they were not aware that the username/password is case sensitive - keep that in mind.
Jill, if you'd like to learn more about the relationship between REM sleep and serotonin, I would recommend checking out Joelle Adrien's article Neurobiological bases for the relationship between sleep and depression, Sleep Medicine Reviews, Volume 6, Issue 5, October 2002, Pages 341-351
Or for a more basic understanding, see Carlson's Physiology of Behavior text, the chapter on sleep and biological rhythms. I have many other references. If you would like me to provide some others, I would be happy to. Just let me know!
interesting....and does this forum need a moderator?
LOL, sureeee, seeing how they are over whelming with post and improper topics.
Any 1 who post there isn't a traitor. There just open mined and back stabbing B____s. Damn that other El Shawndow, impersinating my name like that. :shakehead:
uh huh...yeah... whatever you say El Shandow.
I'll read those, Thanks.
Don't you  do that. There is an imersinator out there and i'll find him and hunt them down.
Im watching you.
