      Hi ,

Would it be possible if i woke up like say every hour to try and FILD like , if i go to sleep set my alarm for 1:00 then 2:00 then 3:00 etc , would that work or does the fild have to work when you are in your REM peroid ?

If you wake your self so many times, it will disrupt your sleep very much and you will be tired the next day, and probebly the alarms will annoy you so much, that you wouldn't be bothered to try the fild, but instead just want to sleep...

It is best to try to fild ( or any other type of WILD ) just once or twice a night, and during (or a little before ) the estimated times of REM periods.

What dodo said, no more then twice a night. And go for 1.5 hour intervals inbetween.
