Wild Is So Real And So Easy!!!!!!!

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last night i did my first WILD and man are they real!!!!!!!!

I swear it was more real than real life!!!

The best part was it was so easy!!!

This is what happened

I woke up during an early morning awakening.

I closed my eyes and just layed there in bed


I didn’t focus on HI or my breathe or counting, but I focused on my body.

So I layed in bed and just focused on my body lying in bed. This is really easy!!!


After about 10-15 minutes I started to see a really vivid scene of a table with a book and feather on top of it.

After a few seconds sleep paralysis starts. ( I don't know why people say its scary?)


During sleep paralysis I try to visualize a scene.

The cool thing is you can visualize anywhere you want!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I visualize leaving the backyard; I open the backyard door by unhinging it and as soon as I walk out i realize im dreaming, Im astonished by the vividness as everything is so real!!!!!

I fly barely and see the whole horizon of the neighborhood, I see a guy driving by my street In a Honda Odyssey.

Then I think to myself. Who can I bang? So I go to my next door neighbors house cuz theres this really hot girl there. I go through the door of the house and i see her mom,dad, and her lying on the floor sleeping.I paralyze the parents using my mind so they don't wake up. and as soon as I can bang her I wake up!

I ain't going back to DILD or MILD.

WILD is soooooooooooo worth the effort! The only problem is now is that im too excited to go to sleep!

I envy you so much, i wish i could WILD like that :D I think that before properly moving onto using this technique fully you should consider testing it first to make sure it will work again, now that you have had sucess with it you need to reduce how excited you get because this really will not help when trying to WILD, it will keep you awake, try to remain calm and steady and realise that if you have a lucid dream it would be cool but if you don't its not the end of the world. Keep at it though and keep us posted with your progress :)

no i can close my eyes and imagine things pretty vivid... it just sounded like his body was still awake but i dunno only he knows

Im 100% sure i was having a Lucid dream. It was a lot easier than i thought. For me doing a WILD by focusing on HI or counting or breathing tecniques is impossible.

For some reason focusing on your body touching the bed really works and is really easy.

I'm to'ally gonna try this. And if it works... I may have to give you a cookie :D

The trick to WILDs is just focusing on one thing, you probably had trouble with counting a breathing because u were switching between the two or something. I guess if focusing on your body works for you than continue to use it, because it sounds like that could be useful.

Wow, so I guess when hot women tell you "only in your dreams" we should start saying...hell yeah!!

I would say that is cause some people fear what they do not understand..

And "sleep paralysis" has been so wrongly projected, so many missconseptions that are subjective, has been presented as objevtive truths.. Sad shir, really...


Oh and, what if it is not just your imagination but a shared dream, alternative reality, etcetera? Show the girl some respect. And "bang" yourself. :p Hehe.. ;)

I missed the part where you were concentrating on your body laying in the bed. this works for me as well. it sort of feels like your body goes numb after a while but u can feel the parts of your body that are touching the bed. i know what you mean. This technique does work.

are you M or F? i think sleep paralysis is worse for females ( i know first hand, as do my mom and sisters ) because of the common occurance of an unfriendly presence trying to touch/rape you. from what i've read, there were several cases of this happening to women during sleep paralysis, and it is definitely one of the worst feelings in the world!

HI is dream-like images that happen during SP. They're not dreams because they're usually images or short scenes without you in them.

This is what I do. I usually don't envision a random place though, like you did.
Everytime I've done this I just see my room, exactly from where I am laying, so it's like my eyes aren't even closed. Really weird but it's so cool and vivid. This is the only way I have got even close to WILD. It happens a lot after I just wake up through the night also.

Just a quick word of advice; if you haven't LD'd a fair bit, don't try to bang anyone. lol. It always wakes you up when you are first starting out. Focus on enjoying the environment, not that sex isn't enjoyable.... but see how realistic your brain has made this world for you, do things you can't do IRL.

It worked.. technically. If you're dreaming and you use this technique then roll out of your body in your room and become lucid this way, does that count? Anyways it was my first lucid dream and it was fantastic.

Koddos to the no sex lol. As soon as I got in a house the parents of the girl were there and since they could see me I thought I must be in reality and the dream slowly ended.

Man was I pissed when I woke up and realized I did this.

i never write my dreams down, and yes this is the first time i tried it and it worked!

awesome will definitely try this tonight it'll give me a break from trying to deild, I can never stay still :(

I'm female and I've been WILDing for over 9 years and I've only had one experience with sleep paralysis that I would categorize as frightening.

The overwhelming majority of my experience with sleep paralysis has been no big deal at all.. I simply realize that my body is asleep (there is no unfriendly touching nor raping).

I say all this because I don't want women to chose not to WILD because they've now been made afraid of sleep paralysis.

Why would gender matter? Men can be raped by HI just as well. :P

For me it's just a curious thing, no fear whatsoever.

Well, women are probably more susceptible, maybe it is a sub-conscious fear of theirs. I sometimes think people are walking into my room, I hear it etc. (paranoia) But usually not during HI. Mostly it happens when I'm trying to get to that stage. When HI and SP kick in I'm usually pretty relaxed and don't think of much else then WILD'ing.

So this has worked for me the second night in a row. But I can't be 100% sure I was accomplishing a WILD because I'm not sure if I was already dreaming.

Also, is sleep paralysis painful for anyone here?

I've used to have plenty of frightening experiences with sleep paralysis, including hearing menacing voices. I recall one in particular - a laughter of an old, evil had (or so did it sound). In other instances I could see hallucinations superimposed on the real world - they were so vivid that I've had trouble determining if they were real once I was through the experience.

The method you are using to put yourself to sleep paralysis is akin to the 61-point technique, which consists of mentally focusing on a sequence of points in the human body in order to induce a state of relaxed focus. I've used to use similar body-oriented technique to put myself to sleep and to increase my dream recall.

I had a weird dream two nights ago, where I was about to get it on with my long distance girlfriend.

Her bed was behind a Viel, and I opened it at the same time as I jumped into it and there was a Bed of Cactus' around it. ARYH! I got over it and we were about to get busy, and my mom woke me up!

Congrats on the effortless WILD. Those are the best kind, where you just lay down and BAM, you're LDing.

As for sleep paralysis, imagine being 5 years old, in the dark of yoru bedroom all alone. You're wide awake, heart racing, mind trying to wrap around why you can't move or speak or do anything but think and be afraid. You don't know what's happening, if it will go away, maybe you're dying? A billion thoughts charge through your little mind and still you can't move. You want to cry out for parents and can't even do that. The longer it last the more dire your thoughts become.

Then suddenly it breaks. You can move. It feels as if a planet has been lifted off of you. You run and look for someone to comfort you, only to be told that it was all a bad dream. But you know it wasn't a dream. So you spend the next 10 years sporacically waking up in this state, each time that first fear comes back, death? And there's nothing you can do about it but endure. Not knowing what it is it becomes like a curse, waking up several times a week thinking you're dying. And no one there to quell the fear.

That's what Sleep Paralysis was for me as a kid. I didn't find out what it was until I was about 16. And even after finding out what it was it still plagued me. It was horrible and frightening. I didn't get the old hag or vibrations or sounds. It was just me and my grimly overactive imagination always jumping to that first conclusion... I'm dying. I sort of got used to it but that inital horrible and cold fear was always the first thing I'd feel when waking up in SP.

Only a couple of years ago did I rid myself of that. All of it. I don't get SP anymore. I do get it at the beginning of WILD's now though, strangely enough. I wake up in a dream and have to break out of the paralysis before I can proceed. It's not scary like the real thing was though.

Hmm... I think I'll shut up now.

Yeah SP is painful, but just know that its all fake and your body is just making it

Yah, it just makes me want to roll over and get comfortable. But I know it's over then and I'll be asleep within minutes.

Wow, that is so strange that people find it painful. Though, I understand of course. I have anxiety disorder and get panic attacks. I would say SP is almost identical and the only reason I don't find it scary or get that dying feeling is because I am purposely doing it to myself. When panic attacks come on or I have a bad trip it is unexpected and the first thought is to try to get out of this state.

The ONLY thing to stop you getting scared and to cease the feeling of dying is to get right into it. Go with the flow and know that you are purposely doing this because it brings you pleasure. The actual SP is amazing if you don't get scared from it. Just as a good drug experience is amazing if you don't fall into a bad trip. Just remember that SP is a natural thing and it can be a very peaceful moment. It feels as if you have been paralysed and are floating on nothing. You see imagery that you won't see IRL unless you take hallucinogenics, which I don't recommend if you get scared from SP or have panic attacks; that is why I have never taken them.

It is a really cool experience and you feel soooo relaxed. Just remember this and the anxiety will subside.

Also, if you meant painful on a physical level, no not at all. You are paralysed and thus cannot feel a thing physically.

Every one was looking for a follow up on how this method worked, well it kind of worked last night i woke up during a early morning awakening i rolled over and felt all my body parts using the 61 points of the body

after about 5 minutes of doing it i knew SP was coming and it did come, i was so close to wilding but unfortunately i fell asleep during SP.

The funny thing was my dream was a False Awakening. I thought I woke up because my attempt at WILD failed, it turns out i was wrong

If i stayed awake during SP it would have been a WILD

I'm getting better at this, it ain't that hard
