Thread: first try at WILD

i suppose i didn't go about it in the right way. i went to bed last night at roundabout 12:30 and i decided i'd try clairity's WILDing technique as i fell asleep. i sat there dead still and i got to the first few levels with paralysis and some vague colorful visuals on the back of my eyelids. i tried imaginging myself riding a bike but nothing ever happened. it was really frustrating. i assume i fell asleep at some point because i doubt i laid there for 8 hours mentally riding a bike and telling myself i'm in control of my dreams. i'm pretty sure i didn't even dream when i fell asleep, which was dissapointing. i'm going to try again tonight without smoking mary jane because i'm inclined to believe the speculation that it messes with your ability to recall dreams.
