I listen to music while WILDING. I just leave the radio on. If it's set too loud I end up listening to the music instead of drifting off. If it's too low I find myself straining to hear the music. |

i was wondering if anyone had ever tried listening to an ipod while they tried to wild? it would be one way to keep your mind active if you listned to the music, or the lyrics. you would also know when you are lucid when the music stops. |

It all depends. If it helps you relax, then go for it. There are also special mp3's that help induce Lucid Dreams. Thats what gave me my first Lucid Dream. |

"Of course it is happening inside your head, Harry, but why on earth should that mean that it is not real?"
You know what, I've been thinking about this as well, and I think it could be quite a good idea. |

Brothers & Sisters in Dreams
so do you actually concnetrate on the music or the mp3 track? or just in the background? |

it depends on what your trying to do. If your trying to WILD, just lay there as you normally would and the words and music relax your body enough to were you almost can't even here the music at all. Or with the mp3, you can just go to sleep, and it "wakes" you up in your dream to become lucid. Basically, all the mp3 is, is this man saying: I will become lucid and remember to check my reality and see if im ina dream state and all his stuff and its got some waves in the back ground. but what happened with me was that i just fell asleep with it on and it somehow woke me up in my dream. i could literally hear the man saying that 'im in a dream' |
