last night i tried to wild with music, i tried to focus on the music to get me into the wild. i was lying in my bed for over an hour.
i tried this without wbtb. could that have been the reason i was awake for so long?

Though music can be helpful at times i find that using it with a WILD can be distracting, you want to keep your mind clear, you had the right idea in using it to keep you focused but you have to remember that if music is too loud it will keep you awake, if you try again try keeping the volume down. If you did this the first time and it failed then i would experiment, keep trying, you may succeed, however if you run into countless failures with it it may be an idea not to listen to music. Sometimes music can keep your mind too awake which is bad when attempting a WILD, i hope that helped you out :)
