Need some little help.
Hello dreamers!
Ok, I know I had some lucid experiences in my life but I wanna learn how can I have lucid dreams almost every night (or something), to trigger a LDs. So... All I need from you is some basic tips and help. Anyway I'm now using THIS (WILD, the breathing method) guide/tutorial. Is it good for newbs like me? If not, which one is the easiest method?
Cheers!

Hey there,
If you ask me, the road to having more and more lucid dreams is a very introspective one. Because dreams are so essentially subjective, there's really no telling what will work for you and what won't.
That's not necessarily bad news though, but it does mean there's no clear cut answer to your question. Rather, you're going to have to find out for yourself what works for you, through trial and error, through experimentation, through looking at yourself and how things affect you.
My advice to you would be to begin reading the various tutorials on this website, and other people's experiences. Chose one that appeals to you, try to do it for yourself, see what happens. Be sure you try long enough, because you want the effect to be consistent. Don't think you've invented a fool proof lucidity technique because it has given you three lucid dreams in a row. But at the same time don't think it doesn't work because it hasn't given you lucid dreams the last three nights. If you have the patience, I would advice trying every technique out for a month. If you don't have the patience, shoot for two weeks at least.
And begin experimenting. Figure out what works for you, figure out what doesn't, once you get your basics, start adjusting. Combine techniques, mix and match, make your own alterations. Basically the only one that can tell you what works for you... is you. So you're gonna have to take a good hard look at yourself, and just fine tune :)
Good luck!

All these are good, indeed. As for my part, try this :
1 – wearing ear plugs
2 – wearing an eye mask
3 – adopting different positions until you find the right one
4 – imagine different things (objects, people, environments, scenarios) until you find one that interests you
5 – focusing on the previous element (nº 4)
It does not always work, but it sometimes does (WILD). You might fall asleep, unaware of it, so it's important to remain conscious — in a way — of your objective, i.e. LD. Try avoiding getting distracted by the changing of your state. Focus on dream elements instead of the blackness of eyes being shut.
If you sense a change of state, accept it and tell yourself (in your dream) that you are falling asleep, and wish / want to continue exploring this environment in which you are projected.
Most of all, don't get discouraged. Keep on trying.
