The first try of using the say im dreaming over and over until u fall asleep method. But ever since then i cant get it to work. Is it true that the first try for a lucid dream it has a better chance of working :P well anyway, any tips?(oi have a dream jounal and good dream recall)
I haven't found that to be true. I have tried several different methods, but only one has worked. When I get into bed, I slow my breathing before I repeat "I know I'm dreaming" to myself for a few minutes. Then I'll start to think of a certain someone or something I'd like to dream about until I fall asleep. It doesn't always work, but it's the only thing that has for me.
