Need to get back into the action.

Ok well i've been taking breaks from LD'ing and started back up the otherday but I can't seem to wake up in the middle of the night to record my dreams. I remember my dreams in the morning but I want to make sure I have better chances of LD'ing because all of my LD's have came from me using a techneque before bed I also have been telling myself to wake up so I can record my dream but I still don't wake up. I would apreciate advice without using an alarm.

Why can't you use an alarm?

I was just curious if there is any other way thats why I said other than an alarm but I guess I can try the water thing I never thought about that.

Well there is the MILD technique you could try...

I've heard clairity mention something about a vibrating alerter that vibrates on your body or something along those lines.
