Sometimes when I fall asleep I get these scenes in my head like a Dream almost except I'm watching it but not aware of it until AFTER I suddenly realise what it is and cause it to Vanish. It sounds confusing, I know but do you know of WHY This happens? What is it? If I get this should I try and WILD? Thanks! :)
Sounds like dream imagery (hypnagogic imagery). Your mind is heading twoards dreamland. I would give WILD a try. :D

I just somehow end up in a dream I guess but it's not really a dream...I know I'm awake and still feel awake. But I have no control over what I do. Then I stood infront of my stove and accidently dropped it and right before it shattered I woke up and jumped alittle :P

Whew this is normal then. The same thing happens to me I was starting to get afraid that I wasn't capable of dreaming right or something *sigh*
I can relate to this alot, it happens alot of the time, i will be laying in bed, see like a dreamscene come together and it will get more and more real and as soon as i realise what is happening i am aware again in my bed at an instant, i am not in SP or anything, it is really difficult to explain it but what i said should of outlined how it happens to me. Its like getting drawn to your thoughts as they become real and when you become aware of whats happening it just vanishes.
Yes, this happens to me all of the time. Usually, it's right before I fall asleep and I'll suddenly get startled and wake up. Like I feel like I'm falling or something...and I'll jump (scares my husband all the time). Thought it was only me...:)
This hapened to me while i was watching south park lol
this happens everysingle day when i go to bed it just comes random all the time
