I dont know if anyone has posted this already but there is a very interesting guy named Stephen Berlin on youtube who has a short series on lucid dreaming discourses for beginners and advanced LDers alike. It is very educational so you should give it a look if you want I found it very interesting and I want to share it with other people :)
