I see alot of posts saying "it is hard to breath so i give up" so heres the trick i found u need to consentrat on some thing else like counting put more effeort in to counting then ur body will take over ur beathing for u.
just a thought i thought to share
ushamie, I agree.. basically you want to do anything that will take your mind off your "physical" body.
When attempting WILD i usually have more trouble trying not to swallow. I take my mind of it for abit, but then i slowly start to choke :P
You have to try it yourself, in order to understand it. The first times WILDing, the urge just comes over you, you want to take deep breaths, very fast. It feels like you're dying and becoming infinitely powerful at the same time. I love it, but it scares some people.Quote:

Even though they say you need to be still and to not think about too much during a WILD, If you need to swallow then swallow! Just dont think much of it. If you dont swallow then you will be thinking and concentrating hard on not swallowing rather than if you just swallow and not think about it anymore.Quote:

Well basically I figured out the the feeling of not being able to breathe is your upper body going into SP. When you realize that you know that its all just a mental thing and that your actually breathing fine. I forgot about not being able to breathe when I realized that.
