      MILD success rate...

      hey all,

i remember reading somewhere that Laberge said in his research, or something similar, that people reported up to a 60% success rate...

i fail MILD's regularly...but is this because I am doing them wrong, or is the very nature of MILD and the whole autosuggestion thing, that you cannot expect 100% success?

this is more a question...should a MILDer have 100% success...or does the MILD method itself not allow much greater than a 60% success rate?

      thanks

      Quality LD's: 16

Hi, MILD IMO is about intent wanting to do something like remember to do an RC and become lucid. I'm trying to use real activities instead of affirmations in words or sentences or scenarios that U think of which are not real. Because it will be carried out IRL..the intent to do it will be strong. For example U are in bed now and U set an intent to do X activity that would ultimately lead to U doing an RC. U will intent Urself to do it the following day and U must actually carry it out the next day..... I had an example of it working but not an LD.., It was involving me having to go to the shop to have something replaced. I thought about it over and over again and I dreamed it exactly the way I thought it to be right down to the nice lady there...
