i used to use B6 when i was practicing LDing, and it helped. from what i remember, it made things more vivid. if you're not getting lucid, then B6 wont help you get lucid, it will just make the shit in your brain a lot more cool, basically, lol.
work on dream recall. that is THE single most important aspect of lucid dreaming imo. once you do that you will realize that a lot more happens than you might be aware of.
You're not going to like my answer...I don't think any vitamin does anything for LD'ing. I've bought many different types of supplements and none of them have had any effect. I think desperate folks like to beleive that a little B6 will do ya but the truth is...if it works, it's almost certainly placebo.
You've got the power in your own head my friend, don't give into the urge to pop substances that if you take too much of can only cause problems. Confidence and beleif is better than any supplement.
You can do it, just relax and enjoy the journey.
I think it does though placebo does pay it's part. You are supposed to get a flash of alertness after 6 hours and i found that i became lucid alot after starting taking b6, and mostly after 6 hours. I think this a combination of placebo and the b6 working it's magic.
