      cheese?

      how is cheese supposed 2 help you dream? i forgot
      do a reality check right now!!!

      well, cheese doesnt help you dream, I dont think anything can. I belive you are talking about making your dreams vivid. chese has amino acids wich keep you slightly more awake and produce melatonin (I think) wich causes you to have vivid dreams.

      Sugarglider is correct, you always dream fine, there's nothing you can do to make yourself dream more. It's all about recalling your dreams.

      Actually I just remembered something that can make you dream more in a night, but it lowers how much you dream in another. If you don't get enough sleep, drink alcohol or do drugs, you wont dream as much in that night, so when you go to sleep the next time after you will have rem rebound (Is that right) but remember, your still getting the same amount of dream sleep.
