happens to often

So past week i didnt managed to get lucid , i thought i was in some dry spell or somthing , so last night i tried really really hard to get lucid, i did a wbtb a few minutes later i managed to obtain transition state i hear loud voices al the sensations blah blah .. you see last time this happens i tried to project out of my body and i did it to quick and my lucid failed , this time i waited myabe 10 secs longer i managed to get out and sit down on my bed but i couldnt see my eyes were blinking a billion times a second and i couldnt move , felt like just came out of a womb , the scary thing was all of a sudden i couldnt breathe properly i freaked out and tried to snap out but i couldnt was hanging for about 1min which scared the hell out of me thought i was going to die lol.

anyways why does this keep happening to me every OBE i have i cant see properly or move properly its annoying as hell

I won't touch on the subject of OBEs, but I can tell you whats physically going on.

Your simply going into sleep paralysis :D
All that you've just explained:

• Fluttering eyes
• not being able to move
• insane feelings of total terror
• etc...

Are all common feelings of sleep paralysis.


To get a WILD (or OBE, whichever you choose to call it), I recommend you calm down when you realize this is happening. When your totally calm, begin to see in your minds eye an extremely vivid scene where your the main character (first person).
Soon the scene will become real.

Another thing you could do is try to "roll" out of your body after relaxing in that state of sleep paralysis for a long period of time.
Some people have found this helpful for generating LDs about their rooms/ OBEs.

the only way that i have experienced a full lucid dream are OBE's its feels like the total real thing ,

the same thing happened again last night , this time i hanged on a little longer in the transition but then when i tried to roll out it was my real life arm but it weighed like a hundred kilos. its soo annoying arrrrghh!

it bloody ahppened again!!! wtf is going on , last night i just left the transition alone and waited to see what happened , body went crazy went spinning around non stop eventually left some of my body but i couldnt see , eyes were blinking a billion times a second. this is driving me crazy , although ive managed to get transition stage 3 nights in a row least improving performance
