Low FPS
Sorry, title is horrible. If your a computer gamer you know what I mean. FPS = Frames per second.
My question to you guys is when you Lucid dream is your vision always have alot lower FPS then real life? Cause mine have always had lower FPS, and I've had 5. Does it ever get better?
For example like watching a low quality video where it skips alot.

this seems like a vividness/clarity problem...i understand what you mean about FPS
if you have a look...maybe in DREAM CONTROL...or TUTORIALS...i dont remember off the top of my head; but there are lots of threads around the place on increasing realism.
apparently, rubbing or examining your hands is one such technique

Ok, thanks. Im just making sure that Lucid Dreaming has just lower FPS then real life. Ill make sure I check those out! Thanks!

Lucid Dreaming wouldn't usually have a lower FPS, im mean.(some claim its 'more real' tha n real life!) I'm sure I've felt this laggy FPS in the past; but yeah trying the clarity/vividness techniques should help.

I've never had a lucid that had lower FPS than real life. I've had key moments that seem to go in slow motion, but realizing I'm dreaming doesn't make the dream have any fewer frames per second, by itself.

LOL I only lag sometimes in my LDs. I figured that when you say ("Clarity now") and truly mean it, your FPS will increase by a lot [Trust me dudes, I've tried it and it works!!] :P
Have fun Pwning in your LDs:D

Actually, that's not surprising. Even when you're fully awake, it's hard to imagine anything moving. I dare you to try :)
I'll try to find some more info about this. I've read that scientists have found some pretty interesting things about the speed and perception of dreams.
(I always forget to ask for clarity or realism. :embarrassed: Oh well)
