I am working on an MP3 dream soundtrack to help influence my dreams. The first one I am trying to do is flying. I have been tweaking this thing for a couple of weeks but aside from a few trips on plane (one time flying a jet plane) ... But I am trying to fly superman style and I am wondering if anyone has ideas as to what sounds I can put into the MP3 to make this happen. The soundtrack is mainly wind with some audio drops and sound effects. Any ideas?
Yeah I actually think sounds affect dreams... Reason I MAKE SURE the TV is off or has no sound b4 I fall asleep, otherwise It will mess with my dreams.... One time, a pigeon outside my window messed up my dreams, I was hearing THAT SOUND they make (cooing) I really forgot what its called, but yeah, I made me have this dream about someone calling for help, and as I woke up, I notices the pigeon had that same tone I was hearing in my sleep :P
I wonder if the pigeon was asking for help? :shock:
Yeah, sounds definately affect dreams. If you listen to music while you sleep, chances are you'll pick up on it in your dreams. (I wouldn't reccomend superman style flying, though, because if you're like me you'll be flying out of control. Peter Pan style is much easier.)
