I learned about this site little while ago. I started keeping a dream journal. Doin everything need to do. I finally had a lucid dream. It was very short but so cool. But for some reason now when i wake up i cant remember my dreams. I wake up and get my journal and i have nothing to put wth?lol
Sounds like a bit of a dry spell. Don't sweat it. Many nights I don't remember my dreams consistently, I get maybe three or four a week.
Or you might not be getting enough sleep. Your longest, most intense dreams occur when you get 7-8 hours consistently.

Yeah...as Silvanius said...that's called a dry spell. Really everyone gets them, sometimes I can't remember 1 dream for nearly a week and then other nights I feel like I dreampt a novel..so don't let it discourage you. Something that might help you is just repeating that if you beleive you can remember, you can...and not moving when you wake. As you feel youself come out of sleep, stay in place...let your mind go blank...something should come, then write it down, no matter how insignificant it seems. Another thing..if you can't remember anything..let it go for a while..along with the feelings of frustration, and at one or two points anywhere in the day, let your thoughts race, so to speak...sometimes letting those random thoughts stir up in your head or just listening..to the words (not the meaning) that come out of someones mouth can bring back bits of dreams...record those and try to build from there. If all else fails...take it slow..take breaks, and don't worry about it. You will get it eventually.
