Help me out of my dry spell!
OK Brain Trust, I need some help.
When I first got into lucid dreaming I was having them once a week if not more, mainly dilds. It was pretty much because I considered lucid dreaming all the time in general and I suppose it drifted over into my dream consciousness too.
I had a few months off to focus on other things and have come back into it hard. Ive been trying lots of techniques and even some dream herbs etc but still havent gotten even a quick dild yet. Mostly Ive been attempting WBTB + WILD sort of methods but have been restless in the early mornings and havnt been able to concentrate. Ive been trying to mix up sleep patterns etc but things that used to work for me just dont anymore. Im starting to think maybe i should just focus on a completely new tech, like doing reality checks more often during the day (something that never seemed to help me before).
Any ideas guys?? I had about 10 lucids a few months ago but since then nothing! Help me!!
