      Close to lucidity, Requesting advice!!

Well, i've gotten to the "sleep paralysis" phase in WILD but i don't know what to do once i get there and i always get scared and force myself to quit. I know nothing bad will happen but I always feel like I might go into a coma or something. I'm not sure how to get past this part so any advice would be great!!

Rachel...i explained this too you over AIM. I'll do it again though.

When the Sleep Paralysis (we'll call it SP) comes...it is important to stay as calm as you can, and focus on your breathing and/or your heartbeat.
Hypnogic imagery will form as flashes like fireworks in your brain...focus on them, but don't control them...kind of watch them go by, and soon they will form shapes such as faces or trees...then they will form the dream; scenery, etc...!

Right now I just try to relax and endure unpleasant sensations of entering WILD. I tell myself that there will be a lot of fun and it's worth the pain.

Entering WILD is the hardest thing.

You can also visulaize yourself performing a very familiar task, such as walking aoround the outside of your house, or picturing yourself fixing yourself a sandwich with as much detail as possible. After a minute or so your mind takes over and it becomes a dream.
