This is just you sleeping on your arm. I am betting you sleep on your stomach often and lay your head on your bicep; in the right position, this would cut off circulation. I have done it myself to. |

I've noticed these strange feelings once I wake up lately. When I wake up sometimes my arms feel very numb, like the blood circulation has been completely cut off and it usually take a couple of minutes to feel normal again. Does anyone know if this is sleep paralysis wearing off or is it just that it's possible that I'm sleeping on my arm so that the circulation does get off? If it is the latter, then what does it feel like when sleep paralysis is wearing off? |
