I picked up LaBerge's book on LDs, and there was a brief section where he talked about how doing things in your dream could mildly affect your "real" mind/body..
So it made me wonder.. does that mean if you're lucid and you yell something like, "HIGH LUCIDITY!" at the top of your lungs to stay lucid you'll actually yell it outloud for real?
i think he just meant it less literally than that
like if your running in a dream your heartbeat may speed up or you could be in an excited mood after waking up from a good dream
Yeah you're right..
But then why do people sometimes talk in their sleep? My family has
said that I do it sometimes. lol :P So there's this small concern in the back of my head that having an LD will increase mah chances.
put a tape recorder out next time you try to LD :)
