Thread: How Long of Starting Dream Recall You Become Lucid

I didn't get my first one untill 3 weeks of dream recall. The first one was less than a minute. two days later, I got a VERY long lucid.

look, dream recall IS ESSENTIAL to remembering getting lucid; not in the process of getting lucid itself.

You dont need good recall to Lucid Dream...but you would have no idea that you even had a lucid dream without good recall! get it? i hope it wasnt too complicated.

I suggest you have a look around this forum (and the tutorials section) in order to understand how to 'induce' lucid dreams, because everyone is different but IMO recall is not enough alone to get you lucid.

It taked about 4 weeks of dream recalling for mee to become lucide first time. But I had used many other LD techniques in the same time.

Well dont you need to have kind of good recall to fiind your dreamsigns and also be able to do the critical state testing to become aware that your dreaming.

I have very bad dream recall but i have no problem having lucid dreams so it isn't necessary.

Ok well since this is moving off topic sorta, let me change the question a little. How long did it take you to become lucid from when you started trying for it, but some people do it without trying so you dont need to post if you dont want to.
