Some questions about WILD

Ok guys, i had some lucid dreams but have tried WILD 4 times and failed all times. I can get a sleep paralysis if i want but i really dont know how it feels and how long it lasts so its a little creepy. Im writing what it feels like here, i know its just me falling asleep but i ALWAYS open my eyes because i think like "What if im stuck in SP for hours?" and you know. I have done a lot of idoser and EXACLY the same thing happened with it that happened when im trying to wild, a little heavyer when wilding but because of IDOSER i could actually get a LD on the first try but im a little anxious. :P

Lying in bed a little time, get som hypnogogic hallucinations and starting to get numb in my body. Laying 100% still and then it feels like i get some heavy energy pulses through my body and that im shaking like hell or shrinking or something. Sometimes i get really hot like in a owen or something too. Spinning is also normal and it can feel like someones it lifting me up so im standing.

Questions.
1. How long does SP lasts before you can LD/Sleep, or just wake up and move?
2. After the Energy/shaky feeling, what happenes?
