I tried to WILD a while ago, and I remember that I got really far into it, but my face just completely freaked out. All my muscles like scrunched up and my entire face started twitching, it was really weird, it lasted for like 15 seconds and then I was fully awake again. Can anyone tell me what the hell that was and how to avoid it?
That's normal. Your body will test you to see if you're really awake or not. Sadly you can't avoid it, you just need to ignore it.
A muscle relaxer (sleeping pill) may help with that. However, sleeping pills also relax the mind and you may just fall asleep.
No, it's not like that. It's not the tingling and twitching that it takes to get near SP. It's WAY more severe.Quote:
