MILDS and WILDS...
So, I've reread the tutorials on how to do those, and what exactly is the main difference between the two? In a WILD you feel vibrations and should wake up after 5-6 hours to attempt them.. but in MILDS you attempt them whenever you wake up after a dream, and you try to sort of get back into that dream. Do I have this right? So if you wake up after 5 hours and try a MILD, how will you know it's not a WILD you're doing?
OOH and another question.. do WILDS *have* to be done after a few hours of sleeping? They can't be done at the beginning?

Good questions. :sunflower:
The main difference between the two:
MILD involves letting your concious mind fall asleep, like you do every night and then becoming lucid in your next REM period.
WILD involves moving directly from an awake state to a lucid dreaming state.
The main reason it is difficult to WILD early in the night is because your REM periods are very short until after about 6 hours. When you pass 6 hours, you mind is almost entirely in REM. In order for WILD to work, you must enter directly into REM state, otherwise, you will just fall asleep.

Ah, thanks Seeker! :D
I think I had an almost WILD last night.. I was awake but starting to see shapes move around in my room. It freaked me out so I woke up.
