Are you the sort of person who freaks out and tries to move as soon as possible? Or, are you the type of person who takes advantage of this and uses it to induce a lucid dream. I would have to say it used to freak me out but now I keep my composure when it happens, close my eyes, and use it to WILD. it's very successful
I have been trying to do better at WILD. The first two times I did it fairly easily. It only took a few tries, all the same night. But lately I've been really feeling the SP and freaking out! It is so frusterating! I have been trying to relax, but for me it feels like I just got a shot of adrenalin!
yeah i often feel the same way. this may sound irrational but i feel sometimes like i am going to suffocate as if i am pinned against my bed and surface water level is 2 inches above my head and i cannot move. this is obviously all in my head, but i cant stand the feeling of not being able to move.Quote:
