Thread: ATLANTIS anyone?

Space is probably the coolest place I've been in lucid dreams. One time I decided to explore a lush garden and spun myself there.

Another time I flew up into the clouds until emerging in a fantastic new world... but woke before I could explore it.

Well that would be in an African War

I agree space is pretty cool.

Feels great to fly through the stars.

My favorite places have to be the worlds I visit after going into space.

The best place in my lucid dreams is no doubt the forest. Always something fun to do in there!

But once I'm done with my dream quest, I want to visit the inside of a volcano, the cloud town from Star Wars, New York City at night (as Spiderman!), an ice cavern, the bath house from Spirited Away, Smith Matrix, and my 30-gallon aquarium (shrink myself down and chat with the fishes!).

well, it wasn't a lucid dream, but I once went to a world from a book. If I ever get a lucid dream where I can choose where I want to go, that's gonna be it. I loved it.

What was that world like? A little more descriptive please!

Space is definately one i want to try, and now that i think about it a rainforest would be awesome! Seeing all those deadly animals you could never get close to in real life. Even tame them as a pet if i wanted... yaa

in my first ever lucid dream i was in a barren land which i guess could sort of be compared to the grand canyon except ther were volcanoes and the like around

Well, this world was from a 7 book series called The Dark Tower, by Stephen King. If anyone's read them, woohoo to you!

I had just finished reading the series one night, and that night I dreamt of this world.

It was mostly desert, but I went through to the mountains quickly (it's a dream people!)
And then I was at the Dark Tower, standing at the enterance. It was pretty great, but hard to explain, I barely remember myself.

I went into a book's setting once, during a strange WILD. It didn't last long, but it was very interesting.

I'd like to go into local outer space-- espescially local outer space within the next few centuries. Maybe I've been reading too much Ray Bradbury of late, but I'd love to see how the first Martian colony turns out. Do some sightseeing, appreciate the terraforming, all that.

Atlantis sounds awesome! I've never thought of that.... adding it to my list.

Hmmm..... my favorite place so far would have to be in ancient Egypt entering a fantastical pyramid.

Those are both really cool. Anyone ever think of exploring underground caverns in dreams? Or maybe visitin the Bermuda triangle? lol that would be funny
