Dream Journal Question
Okay, I'm writing in my dream journal this morning, and I get to a part where I remember someone said something funny, but I can't remember exactly what it was, and I couldn't decide if he said one thing or the other. What do I write when I'm unsure about something, or do I write nothing about it?
Also, I thought about something too, in one part of my journal I wrote something that wasn't an unfavorable experience at the time of dreaming, but the way I wrote it and read over it afterwords made it seem it was. What should I make of that?

When you're unsure of something, make a note of it, and contemplate if you wish. Sometimes I'll remember something from a dream long after the dream has taken place, provided I've made a note of it and have been persistent...Sometimes all it takes is some kind of cue from somewhere in the waking state to bring back a flood of memories.
As for the unfavourable thing, dreaming is a very subjective process, and no one can really interpret it for you...That's your own responsibility :)
Try connecting it with life experiences or emotions which have seemed similar in some kind of metaphorical sense.

usually i put 'they said "something" or "something else"'
or is make a note.
I make footnotes for my dreams to clarify some points, as a lot of my dreams I cannot remember exact coversations or events I might put 'They said something along the lines of...'
I dunno, its your own person dream diary, put whatever you want, there arent any rules. Its for yourself so do whatever to make it clearer for yourself.

Try to do what makes your dream journal clear for yourself.
Sometimes I will forget what the person exactly said but I'll put what they were talking about and the way I think they said it.
I recently woke up from a dream and I couldn't remember why the supposedly evil person was treating me nice. I had an inkling as to why they were treating me nice but I wasn't sure. So I just wrote down that they were acting different and treating me nice and in parenthesis I put the reason why I thought they were acting the way they did.
You don't have to put the exact thing that a person says or why they say it. You just have to make things clear for you to understand to the best of your ability.

Well, here's another question.
Today i spent a little over an hour writing in my dream journal today (4.5 pages worth, my dream recall is slowly becoming kickass), and I had only remembered two of my dreams. Knowing that my dream recall is still going to get a little better, can anyone think of a way to expedite the process a little, because if I ever get a job, I won't have an hour and a half each morning to do that.
Thankks,
Me.

Well the only thing I can suggest is to write down a very quick summary, and then write out the whole thing later when you have time. It works fine for me.

yeah as long as you write down SOMETHING the memory will still be there, its like as if putting something on paper makes the dream permanent in your mind.
