recently i have been listening to a hypnosis tape to fall asleep and it works really well ive been using it for about a week now and am asleep within about ten minutes, when it use to take me 30 min-1 hour. the tape is only 30 minutes long. anyways my question is would this effect anything on becoming lucid?
or is there anything i could listen to that would help in becoming lucid or fall asleep without any real suggestions on what i should dream about? anyways just a few questions that i was wondering about.
