Smacking Myself In The Face

Ok so heres the problem i need a little advice with.

Last night I kept having “WILD like” hypnogogic imagery flash before my eyes. I tried using it a couple of times to induce a WILD, but with no success. What was happening: It actually kept being scenes of me working out. I remember one time in specific I was curling and as I curled the weight up towards my face I woke up and swung my arm up in the curling motion and smacked myself in the face. Another time I began to fall back into it and I was bench pressing. Again I woke up instantly throwing my arms up in the air in the form of a bench press. This has been occuring more and more. Its not always lifting weights, sometimes its other things but as im falling into the dream stage i wake myself up by throwing my arms in some random motion. This is NOT a controlled reaction so don't say "all you have to do is not get scared when the dream scene appears!", or "just focus on the dream." Its an unaware reaction before i realize im dreaming... Anyone have this or anything similar?
